What does the AI coach actually do?+
Ollo knows your plan, your pillar ratings, your completion history, and today's energy. Ask 'should I skip my workout?', 'what can I swap for salmon?', or 'I only have 20 minutes' — and the advice is specific to your actual week, not generic tips.
How much time does it take?+
About 2–3 minutes a day: a quick energy check, tapping off what you did, and an optional evening wind-down. The weekly check-in on Sundays takes 2 minutes. There is no food logging and no calorie counting — by design.
What if I miss a day — or a week?+
