Hey Ollo is built in Ireland and operates under the GDPR. The short, honest version of how we treat your data:
What we collect. Your email (to sign you in), your first name, your onboarding answers (focus areas, dietary preference, activity level), your pillar ratings, your plan and what you complete, and your conversations with Ollo. The anonymous Pulse check at /pulse stores nothing by itself; results live entirely in the link. If you ask for your result by email, we store that address, the result code, and your consent choice. The optional-updates box is separate and starts unticked: leave it unticked and the one result email is all you ever get. If you join through a friend's invite link, we record that connection so we can thank them; neither of you sees the other's details.
Where it lives. EU data centres (Supabase, EU region). Coach conversations are processed by Anthropic to generate Ollo's replies and are not used to train their models per their API terms.
What we never do. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. Your wellbeing data is yours; private by default, never behind a paywall.
Your rights. Export your data or delete your account (and everything with it) any time, no questions: both live in Settings, under Your data. Export is one tap and gives you a single JSON file; delete cancels any membership first, then removes everything. Prefer a human? hello@heyollo.ie works too.
Sub-processors. Supabase (database & sign-in, EU region), Anthropic (generates Ollo's replies), Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email, EU region). That's the entire list. Analytics are our own, cookieless and anonymous: event counts only, no identifiers, no third party.
Questions? hello@heyollo.ie. A human reads it.
